From there, we offered to resend their login and later proceeded with their request to cancel, providing a courtesy refund for the month of April. In response to the consumer’s claim that the business stated consumer was “not” in the VIP, this recent comment (April 22nd) was a mistake on our part, but was quickly reversed (Apr 23rd) and communicated once we discovered the customer’s membership was in our older system. Our customer support team takes pride in resolving issues within 24 - 48 hours so this is no special case, we would have made sure the customer gained access had we known it was still an issue. But, if the issue still remains the consumer surely lets us know so we can get to a resolution. In majority of the cases we see, the customer finally locates their login and the issue is resolved. Unfortunately, we had no way of knowing this was still an issue for the consumer for over 2 years as they never reached back out to let us know. Access to the ******** Group and portal were both granted the same day but for reasons unknown, the customer was unable to find the login information in their email. Hello, we do not intend to refund the customer for 2+ years worth (from Jan 2019) of VIP payments per our previous response. We value our customers and hope this helps to resolve the issue. We don't agree in refunding for prior months as the customer was active in the ******** Group for 2+ years which provided daily coaching, resources and support. We have fully processed the cancellation as requested and have refunded for the month of April 2021, since the subscription was cancelled mid-month. We have a 24/7 customer service team and would have been able to resolve the login issue if it was brought to our attention. We are not sure why the login was never found but the customer never reached back out so we were not aware this was still an issue from over 2 years ago. The Customer was automatically sent her login to the portal but for some reason couldn't find it and requested it twice from us. The customer has since been removed per cancellation request. See attached screenshot of customer's membership in the ** ***** since January 2019. Access to the ** ***** and portal were both granted the same day. The customer purchased a subscription of our VIP Services which includes access to a private ** coaching group and access to an online portal. The customer is suggesting they paid for services never received but this isn't true. I wouldnt recommend this company because they all about taking people money that dont belong to them. You have to get out and get fit on your own. I dont need no one weight loss products because they dont work. Just refund my money!!! Thats considered stealing and fraud because you know you got your product so why take from the poor when you know you make ***** times what I make. ![]() Its not that hard when you making millions off people. Im on social security and disability and I have no extra money to just give away. ![]() Now its like they trying to put it like I didnt send both bottles back. I sent tracking to them and sent a picture of the package with tracking number. ![]() They got their merchandise back so why not refund my money. Why would I keep something I dont use when I never purchased in the beginning. I sent email yesterday on Octoasking about my refund and they sent a message back asking me did I send both bottles back. They refuse to send me my refund back, not only that. It was delivered back to them on October 5, 2022. Been corresponding through email with the company about my refund once their package was delivered back to them. This company took my money for two bottles of pills that was sent back to her.
